Application
Isobutyl acetate exists in natural products pear, pineapple and raspberry. It is mainly used for the production of banana, strawberry and cream flavor as well as rose modulating agent. SBA could also use as solvent or diluent in products like nitrolacquer and ethylene perchloride paint, collodion, nitrocellulose, nitrocellulose paint, varnish, paint, rubber, leather, plastic and medicant.
IBAC is used as extractant and dehydrant in pharmacy; used as diluent in plastic printing slurry thinner.
Storage and Transportation:
Store in cool, dry well-ventilated location, away from the fire, heat source; transport as hazard chemicals.
